Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel in the Iya Valley was truly memorable. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the service was exceptional; the staff genuinely went out of their way to ensure a fantastic experience. While the room was spacious, I did notice some stains on the floor, which was a bit off-putting. The onsen facilities were wonderful and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a beautiful escape, though the room comfort could use some improvement, especially regarding the futon bedding.
This hotel offers a wonderful experience with unbeatable service and stunning views in the beautiful Iya Valley. While the room is spacious and offers fantastic dining options, the layout can be a bit confusing due to the multiple buildings. Overall, it was a memorable stay with great attention to detail in the service and food.
The hotel is nestled in the stunning Iya Valley, offering breathtaking mountain views right from the room. The service was outstanding, making us feel very welcomed with special touches like a sight-seeing tour. However, the room had some stains on the floor and the layout could be confusing due to the different buildings. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking for a blend of relaxation and nature.
This onsen hotel provided an exceptional experience during my trip. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived, with a delightful pudding and drink waiting for me. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning mountain views. The hot spring facilities were fantastic, including an outdoor onsen that was a highlight of my stay. While the dinner was fantastic, breakfast could use a bit of improvement. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time and would gladly return; however, the layout of the hotel can be a bit quirky.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the beautiful Iya Valley. The spa experience was a real highlight, with separate bathing areas and multiple pools. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. However, be prepared that the hotel has a modern facade that doesn't fully reflect the charm of the surroundings and the overall experience.
